3. Drunken Fingers.

3. Drunken Fingers. This technique was inspired by one of my clients who goes by the name of Yadranka. Use your thumb to glide up each of the fingers of the hand, while holding each of the fingers in order to deepen the effect. This technique is best done after about 30 minutes when the client is already in a deep state of relaxation. It feels like the stress is being squeezed out of the hand!  Yadranka must be my muse, because she recently inspired another technique. While elbowing one of the glutes, reach across the back with the other hand and lift up the entire shoulder girdle. A great stretch!
